In 2024, I was selected as the Official Honoree / Featured Artist of the ¡Celebramos! Festival during Hispanic Heritage Month at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. The sculptural installation and selection of work on display was a retrospective that illustrates my process and evolution from working in the visual language of traditional botanical painting to engaging in contemporary conversations about how our connections to place - in the form of landscape and the natural world - are intertwined with it our identities.
