Hotel Dryce Commission

Art Tooth You are Here Grant 2021

In January 2021, I was awarded a grant via Art Tooth to work with a Hotel Dryce, a new, locally-owned hotel in Fort Worth, TX. Hotel Dryce commissioned 5 local North-Texas artists to create bespoke artwork for the hotel which embodied a progressive, inclusive vision of Fort Worth. I created a 48 x 48 in mixed media painting and accompanying poem, both entitled a rainbow to me. The artwork was installed in the Hotel Dryce library in August 2021, where it will remain.
